PWSA Receives $24 Million State Loan To Repair 22 Miles Of Sewer Lines

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pennsylvania will invest close to $100 million in water infrastructure projects in 19 counties.

That includes a $24 million loan to the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, to fund critical fixes of wastewater lines in the city.

The PWSA says it'll repair around 22 miles of sewer lines, in neighborhoods that include Homewood, Squirrel Hill, and Carrick.
