Pennsylvania Turnpike Hosting Community Event On Southern Beltway

ALLEGHENY COUNTY (KDKA) -- The Pennsylvania Turnpike is hosting a free community event on the Southern Beltway.
The event is Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., nearly a week before the highway opens to traffic on Oct. 15. The public will be able to walk or bike on the highway.
