PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Veterans Leadership Program held its 13th annual ‘Stand Down Pittsburgh’ event on Saturday.

The annual event helps hundreds of veterans and their families by providing food, showers, haircuts, hygiene items, and access to dozens of health and service programs.
