John Burwell Sworn In As First Black Mayor In Homestead History

HOMESTEAD, Pa. (KDKA) -- Homestead's first Black Mayor was sworn in on Monday night.

John Burwell took the oath of office at a ceremony on Monday.

He replaces longtime Mayor Betty Esper.
