8th Annual Holiday Lights Run and Charity Auction
The Fund for Victims of Terror
When: Thursday, Dec. 13, 5 – 8:30 p.m.
Please join the Fund for Victims of Terror for what will be a very special evening for the Jewish Community, the Running Community and the Pittsburgh Community at large as we demonstrate love, kindness and a spirit of giving. The event will be hosted at Nova Place concourse, with running and walking routes at sites such as Point State Park, the PPG Wintergarden, the Nativity at Steel Plaza and the Holiday Village in Market Square.

Handbag Happy Hour for Glimmer of Hope

Star 100.7 will be hosting a perfect girl’s night out at Walnut Grill in Robinson with drinks, food and designer handbags. The ticket includes appetizers, drink specials during the event and chances to win a designer handbag, concert tickets and more. All proceeds from the event benefit the Glimmer for Hope Foundation in the fight against breast cancer.

Cocktails with a Conscience: Housing Justice

Join Repair the World: Pittsburgh for a night of learning about housing justice in the city of Pittsburgh. Organizations such as MyPlace, Auberle’s 412 Youth Zone, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, Proud Haven and Penn Plaza Action Coalition will be present to teach about their missions. Donations will also be collected prior to and at the event. Items encouraged to donate are teaching supplies and winter clothing.
