By Heather Wampler

I grew up a Disney kid. My dad bought me every single Disney movie released and when they had the "Disney on Ice" shows, we went. It was an amazing time with loads of family fun. That was over 10 years ago but Disney still has their ice shows and it's just one great way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your family. Here are some other ideas.

I love spending time with my boys. I also love reading. The Carnegie Library of Homestead is offering a great activity for the family. You can take your kids ages 5-10 to the library for some fun Valentine's Day crafts! You can create something special for your grown up valentine at home or perhaps something whimsical and sweet for your little valentine. Once you're finished with your crafts, why not stick around and browse through some books? You can teach your little ones about the joys of the library while having a fun night out with them.
