Members of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Restaurant and Tavern Association are planning to rally in Bethel Park at 9:00 on Thursday morning, demanding the governor lift restrictions on bars and restaurants. KDKA's Lisa Washington spoke with the association's president about why they're doing this.
