Teacher To Appear In Court On Abuse Charges

BRENTWOOD (KDKA) - A local high school French teacher is set to appear in court today on charges of injuring her child last summer.

Stephanie Faust and her husband, Scott, are facing child abuse charges.

In June, doctors found broken bones and head trauma when the boy was just 10-weeks-old.

The couple's attorney said that the boy suffers from a condition that makes his bones brittle.

Faust teaches at Brentwood High School.
