Fatal Swissvale Shooting Victim Identified
SWISSVALE (KDKA) – A man who was shot and killed in Swissvale Tuesday night has been identified.
According to police, 22-year-old Charles Wooding was shot in the hallway of an apartment building on Westmoreland Avenue.
When police arrived, they described the scene as "chaos," because a crowd had gathered and a woman yelled, "hide the gun."
Police found a semi-automatic weapon in the building, just yards from where Wooding fell.
No arrests have been made at this time.
