PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Cleveland Browns Kick Return Specialist Josh Cribbs joined Seibel, Starkey, and Miller on SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN and discussed the recent NFL rule changes and how it will affect the league.

Josh said he wished the players would have had more input into the rule change given that nobody knows how to make the game safer than them.
