PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) -- Dr. Mindy Fullilove, a research psychiatrist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute, joined KDKA AM's Chris Moore to discuss her recent book titled "Root Shock: How Tearing Up City Neighborhoods Hurts America and What We Can Do About It."
