Broken Water Pipe Leaves 20 Customers Without Service
MT. LEBANON (KDKA) -- A water main break sent water gushing down a street in Mount Lebanon late Monday night.
Pennsylvania American Water says a six-inch cast iron pipe burst on Cedar Boulevard.
Officials say the yards and driveways of at least five homes were flooded.
In all, 20 homes lost water service.
Authorities said that it could take crews up to eight hours to repair the pipe.
The water company provided bottled water to everyone who lost service.
