PITTSBURGH (SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN) — Mike Florio joined Joe Starkey and Josh Miller of Seibel, Starkey and Miller to talk about a number of NFL topics ranging from Roger Goodell’s power, to the popularity of fantasy football.

Albert Haynesworth has found himself in some off-field trouble right now, and Florio says what Goodell is telling us by not suspending Haynesworth is that there will be no precedent set for how he will hand out suspensions, and will judge everything on a case-by-case basis, which is just ridiculous.  For Ben Roethlisberger to get suspended for five games without ever being convicted of anything a guy like Haynesworth not getting anything is just unfathomable according to Florio.

Mike also weigh in on Terrelle Pryor getting selected in the supplemental draft by the Raiders, players who got in trouble during the lockout, Chris Johnson’s holdout, Carson Palmer’s pseudo-retirement, Troy Polamalu’s contract situation, and the huge amount of interest in fantasy football amongst NFL fans.
