Jacobson Questionable For Notre Dame

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- It's looking more and more like Pitt senior guard Chris Jacobson won't play Saturday vs. Notre Dame.

Jacobson was injured in Pitt's final drive last Saturday vs. Iowa and hasn't been able to practice all week.

Pitt head coach Todd Graham is officially listing Jacobson as "day-to-day."

If Jacobson isn't able to play Saturday, it's likely redshirt sophomore Cory King would move into the starting lineup.

"As you go through the season, you know how that is, you're not always going to ahve everybody every week," Graham said. "We hope we get Jacobson back, and if we don't, then we have a lot of confidence in King and we'll move forward."

The Keystone Oaks graduate has started 17 consecutive games for the Panthers.
