Shots Fired Report Sets Off Search In West Homestead
WEST HOMESTEAD (KDKA) -- Authorities say reports of shots fired in West Homestead set off a search for suspects this morning.
According to initial reports, police with Homestead, Munhall and Pittsburgh were searching a hillside near the Costco at the Waterfront in Homestead.
Officials say Homestead police have arrested two suspects.
They were reportedly searching for three more people.
Police also called for a helicopter with lights to help in their search, and search dogs were also brought in.
