Man Dies After Falling From Roof In Kennedy Twp.

KENNEDY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A McKees Rocks man has died after emergency officials say he fell from the roof of the Kennedy Township Volunteer Fire Department today.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 53-year-old Dennis Golling. An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday.

According to emergency officials, the man was unresponsive and bleeding from the head after falling 15 feet from the roof of the building on Pine Hollow Road just after 11 a.m.

He was taken to Allegheny General Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after noon.

So far, there is no word on what caused him to fall.
