1 Killed, 1 Injured In New Kensington Shooting
NEW KENSINGTON (KDKA) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Westmoreland County.
KDKA's Jon Greiner reports the shooting happened in the parking lot of the Family Dollar in Central City Plaza on Fourth Avenue in New Kensington, shortly before 9 p.m.
One person was killed and a second man was The shot in the arm.
Police say there was an argument involving two to four people before the shots were fired.
The man injured in the shooting may have been shot inside the store; however, police say the details are unclear.
"Obviously the individual – the deceased individual – was shot outside," New Kensington Police Chief Ron Zellers said. "The other individual – we're not sure if he was shot outside or inside – we're not sure about that."
