Six Penguins Make All-Star Ballot

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — The Pittsburgh Penguins have six representatives on this year's NHL All-Star Game ballot, the most surprising of which is captain Sidney Crosby.

Crosby hasn't played since Jan. 5, missing every game so far this season. He's joined by forwards Evgeni Malkin, Jordan Staal and James Neal, defenseman Kris Letang and goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury.

The six players are tied with Anahiem, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago for the most representatives by any team in the NHL.

Voting is entirely digital for the sixth consecutive season and will begin Monday online at NHL.com/vote and via mobile devices.
