Penguins Injury Report

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Defenseman Paul Martin and forward Richard Park continued their path back to the starting lineup Tuesday, participating in their second straight full-team practice of the week.

Martin (unspecified) and Park (foot) have been out of the lineup for weeks because of injuries and both are eying a possible return Friday against the New York Rangers. The Penguins have a scheduled day off today and will return to practice Thursday in preparation for Friday.

Both Martin and Park are expected to practice with the hopes of returning the lineup.

Forwards Pascal Dupuis (unspecified) and Arron Asham (knee) are listed as "day-to-day" and coach Dan Bylsma said he hopes they progress throughout the week. Dupuis skated before practice with other injured players: forward Dustin Jeffrey (knee) and defenseman Robert Bortuzzo (concussion).

Asham did not skate for the second straight day.
