State Police Surround House In Washington County
WESTLAND (KDKA) -- State police surrounded a house in the village of Westland off Route 519 in Washington County.
They had their guns drawn and shut off roads in the area.
They used a bullhorn to say, "Jordan, come out with your hands up. We want to talk to you."
When Karissa Kunco, of Baldwin, first disappeared, police believed she may have been abducted by her former boyfriend, 22-year-old Jordan Clemons.
Clemons' grandmother once lived in the house. His family gathered outside with police.
They said they were worried about his safety and state of mind.
The SWAT Team went inside, but no one was there.
