Lens on Litter

Get out your cameras and put your lens on the litter.  Taking pictures of trash could bring you a few extra bucks with the Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) Lens on Litter contest. 

Each year the PRC holds a Lens on Litter Contest.  The 2011 winners were recently announced and winners in two categories received a $1000 first prize for their entries.

In the School Children Category, Kristen Bulebush of Latrobe won for her photo "Tune into Litter".

Sharon Richards of Towanda received first place in the adult category for her picture "One Heavy-Duty Trash Bag 17 Cents – Working Toward a Litter Free Pennsylvania Priceless"
