Not All Are Happy About North Shore Connector

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) - Over four years and $523.4 million later, the North Shore Connector is officially open.

While officials and fans say it will make commuting easier and make new T development possible, others see it as a huge waste of public money.
