Bill Cowher Coaching A New Team: Melanoma Awareness

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) - Coach Bill Cowher understands melanoma well. His wife, Kaye Cowher, died from the skin cancer in 2010.

Now, Coach Cowher has teamed up with Melanoma Exposed, an educational campaign to encourage more people to get screened for melanoma.

KDKA-AM's Larry and John talk to Coach Cowher, along with dermatologist Dr. Elizabeth Hale, about the disease and the importance of getting tested.

Coach Cowher shares his story, as well as talking about the upcoming football season.
