Man Exposes Self On Greyhound Bus

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man is charged with indecent exposure after police say he straddled a woman on a Greyhound bus and exposed himself.

The suspect is 49-year-old Ronald Miller of Philadelphia. The bus was traveling from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia.

The victim told police she was asleep on the bus this morning and woke up along the Parkway East to find Miller straddling her and exposing himself.

"Once she observed what he was doing, she yelled at him, told him to get away from her using some expletives," State Police Corporal Kevin Brown said. "Told him to get away and he did at that point."

When she screamed, the bus driver stopped near the Edgewood exit and called police.

Miller was arrested on the spot.

"From our investigation, it appeared like he wasn't drinking," Brown said. "It's a possibility he might have some degree of mental illness."

Miller is in the Allegheny County Jail on charges of indecent exposure and harassment.
