PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — On the day his Mountaineers officially join the Big 12, West Virginia University athletic director Oliver Luck chats with Troy Clardy on Sportsradio 93-7 The Fan.

Luck reviews the events that led to this day, and he explains how the benefits of the move will extend beyond the football program. He is also excited about the quality of opponents that will be coming to Morgantown, and notes that Mountaineer fans would rather see Oklahoma come to town than a team like Memphis.

Luck weighs in on what the new college football playoff system means for the different conferences, and tells where he thinks the ACC stacks up among the other conferences.

He also talks about how the first year of beer sales at home football games fared, and whether it is the wave of the future in college athletics.
