Frank Coonelly Talks Pirates Playoff Run

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) Pirates President Frank Coonelly and  former Allegheny County Chief Executive Jim Roddey joined The Fan Morning Show on behalf of the St. Barnabas CEO Leadership Conference.

Coonelly chats about his role in the Major League conference and how the Pirates have recently turned things around.

In addition, Coonelly talks about how the team has gained ground on the second and final wild card spot.

Coonelly hopes Pirates fans will pack PNC Park as the Pirates host the Cubs and prepare for a final push to hopefully land a playoff spot.

"It's great for our fans who have been waiting for a long time for this" Coonelly says.

Coonelly also says it has been nice to finally speak to season ticket holders about getting playoff tickets.

Coonelly is one of the featured speakers at the St. Barnabas CEO Leadership Confernce that will take place on Monday September 17th at the St. Barnabas Kean Theatre at the Washington Place.
