PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Another high school angst movie, “Perks of Being a Wallflower,” hits theaters this weekend, and what you might not know is that Stephen Chbosky, writer and direct of the movie, is a Pittsburgh native and his story takes place in Pittsburgh and was shot almost in its entirety in Pittsburgh.

The all-star cast includes Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Paul Rudd, Dylan McDermott, Kate Walsh and Joan Cusack, and it is expected to be a huge hit.
