Family Argument Ends In Violent Collision, Charges

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A Westmoreland County man is facing charges after an argument with his aunt turned violent.

The incident happened outside of a home on Emert Road in Donegal Township.

Authorities say Wayne Nestler, Jr., 22, was working on his aunt's truck when the two got into an argument.

She asked him to leave, so he loaded his girlfriend and two kids into the car before plowing into his aunt's truck.

"He ended up backing up and then as soon as I turned to go into the house he rammed in gear and rammed right into the truck," said Dorthy Zepp, Nestler's aunt. "He had the baby in the car, the baby's 6-months-old, had the 3-year-old in the car and Andrea and his driving is terrible."

Nestler hit his aunt's truck with so much force that the bumper fell off of his own vehicle.

No one was injured.

Nestler is charged with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
