PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are looking for the driver of an SUV that crashed into a utility pole in Brighton Heights Tuesday evening.

After the crash, the vehicle burst into flames.

People who live on Cambronne Street tried to put out the fire with garden hoses.

The driver was nowhere to be found, but police did find a canister in the back seat with a wick and flammable liquid inside.

The arson squad is investigating.
