Penguins' Brandon Sutter Shares Thoughts On Getting Traded

PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) -- Joe Starkey of Starkey and Miller on Sports Radio 93-7 The FAN caught up with new Pens' center Brandon Sutter, who talked about getting traded to the Pens and how he initially felt.

Sutter described the day he was traded as "tough" because he was happy where he was with the Carolina Hurricanes, and was comfortable with his teammates and the organization.

Starkey and Sutter talked about the center's style of play and what he'll being to the table.  Sutter described himself as a two-way center that can help the defense out, but at the same time looking to get his goals when he can.

Being a young player that is still developing parts of his game, Sutter talked about what the ceiling is for him with the Penguins.

Things wrapped up with Sutter saying he has yet to play in the NHL playoffs, and is looking forward to getting that opportunity here in Pittsburgh.
