Man Shoots Girlfriend In The Leg
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are looking for a man who allegedly shot his girlfriend in the leg Saturday night.
Around 6:15 p.m. officers responded to a call where a woman was shot in the 100-block of Wykes Street in Aliquippa.
They found Rhonda Harvey of Aliquippa who said her boyfriend fired shots at her, one of which injured her leg and ankle. She was transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital and is in stable condition.
Police say the boyfriend, John Lewis Griffie of Bellevue, left the scene.
Griffie is on the loose and is considered armed and dangerous.
