GREENSBURG (KDKA) — There are new details on a glitch in the state computer system that handles applications for concealed-weapon permits.

State police now say it has been fixed.

It comes after four days of breakdowns that started after the state updated the system over the weekend.

In Westmoreland County, deputies processed permit applications when they could.

Others could only begin the process and wait for the problem to be fixed.
