Local Girl Becoming An Overnight YouTube Sensation

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh's own Kiersten Kelly is becoming a YouTube star seemingly overnight. Kelly joined KDKA Radio's Robert Mangino on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA to talk about her video, her birth defect and her anti-bullying campaign.

Kelly was born with no right forearm leaving her disabled, but she never let that get her down. She had been bullied since kindergarten but always had a dream of performing and singing in front of others. Kelly posted a video on YouTube of her cover version of the "Cup Song" from the movie "Pitch Perfect."

The video has been shared thousands of time from Facebook, and YouTube hits are growing. She wants to use this as an opportunity not only to live her dream but also to stop bullying.

As of 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon the video has generated nearly 87,000 "likes" nearly 10,000 shares and more than 3,000 comments.

You can listen to her perform the song LIVE in the NewsRadio1020 KDKA studio and tell her story here now!
