(PITTSBURGH, 93.7 THE FAN)–The Penguins are on a nine-game winning streak after a pair of home wins this weekend. To talk about it, the Fan Morning Show was joined by ROOT Sports’ Penguins color analyst, Bob Errey.
Not only is it impressive to win nine consecutive games, but to do so without Evgeni Malkin is what Bob takes more interest in.
The team could also be without Kris Letang, as he left Sunday’s win over the Bruins early with a lower-body injury.
Secondary scoring has been key for the Penguins in the last week. The top line production has not dropped off. But, to add scoring from the third and fourth line is a great boost to the club.
