FOREST HILLS, Pa. (AP) – A Pittsburgh Public Schools bus driver has been charged with hitting a 67-year-old woman with his bus, then leaving the scene.
Allegheny County police have charged 71-year-old Ernest Brevard, of Wilkins Township, with leaving the scene of Wednesday’s accident in Forest Hills.READ MORE: Threats Place All Pittsburgh Public Schools On Modified Lockdown Friday
Police say that’s where witnesses saw Brevard run over Alberta Slaczka about 8 a.m.

A school district spokeswoman could not immediately name the company that employs Brevard.
