Dollar Bank Representatives Discuss Reverse Mortgages

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) - Maria Chick and Randy Davis, of Dollar Bank, joined KDKA Radio's Robert Mangino in studio to discuss reverse mortgages.

Davis wanted people to know that, "the older you are the more you get."

Reverse mortgages are based on the value of the house and the age of the person. It is also based on the person's credit.

Reverse mortgages are a long-term solution and could reduce your payments.

If an extra payment is added onto your mortgage, payments may reduce and you can restructure the length of your lease.

Davis wanted listeners to know that "it's a mortgage, there is interest, and it's not a scam."

Dollar Bank representatives will check all of your options if you are interested in a reverse mortgage.

Listen to Robert Mangino weeknights from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA.
