“Spine injuries are common among athletes and active people. Over-training is one of the easiest ways to cause pressure on the spine, that is why it is important to rest in between workouts,” said Dr. Jho.
Although Massage therapy and chiropractic care are helpful in eliminating minor spinal pain, people who experience severe spinal discomfort should see a doctor for a more extensive treatment option.

“Some symptoms can be shooting pain down to the arms and fingers, or coordination problems with hands or walking they,” said Dr. Jho.
