Man Being Questioned In Connection With Fayette Co. Robberies

NORTH UNION TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - Police have been on high alert in Fayette County and are questioning one man in connection with a recent string of robberies.

According to police, Lacy Darnell Bradley, of Brownsville, is being questioned about seven armed robberies.

Last Thursday morning, McPatton's Bar, in Uniontown, was hit. A man masked with a bandanna and waving a silver gun demanded money from nearly a dozen customers. He left them face down on the floor.

A short time later, Papa John's on Main Street was held up. The suspect wanted money from the register and safe, allegedly made violent threats and told everyone inside to get on the ground.

Less than an hour after that, a third robbery was reported at the Dairy Queen in Brownsville.

Next, the Laurel Video Games was robbed. Then, a bullet was fired into the ceiling during a robbery at Potter's Grill on Morgantown Street.

On Monday, the Dollar General on North Gallatin in North Union Township was robbed. An employee was held at gunpoint and was sucker punched in the face when he couldn't open the register.

There was also an attempt to rob Pixel's in Brownsville, but police said they caught Bradley trying to get away.
