Meadows Casino Hosts "The Price Is Right" Casting Call
WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) -- Come on down! Those are three words that could change your life.
People lined up at the Meadows Casino in Washington County on Thursday hoping to hear just that.
The casino hosted a casting call for "The Price Is Right."
The show is nothing without announcer George Gray. He stopped by to greet some enthusiastic fans.
"When I came down those stairs, it's just so amazing because Price fans are just the greatest people in the world! How can you not have energy when you see that kind of love?" said Gray. "We don't want actors. We don't want somebody who's pretending to be happy. We want somebody who's genuinely happy."
The casting call was part of a nationwide contestant search.
They're picking two people from every city they visit to attend a taping, and possibly get selected to be a contestant.
