Man Charged After Being Spotted Walking In Park Without Clothes
HANOVER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A Scott Township man is facing charges after he was allegedly spotted in a park in Washington County without his clothes on.
The incident happened in Hanover Township along Knowlton Hill Road in Hillman State Park on the morning of Aug. 29.
According to state police, a mountain biker reported seeing the man – identified as Frederick White – walking naked along a hiking trail.
Police were able to locate White and took him into custody.
White is now facing open lewdness charges.
