“We seen the car coming,” said Kelly. “And he must have lost control. He ended up crashing into my porch. My mom got hurt. And then he thought he was going to run and my brother tackled him.”

Kelly says her young daughter is usually playing in front of the home, but luckily, was not in the path of the car.

“He’s so ever lucky my daughter wasn’t outside,” she said.

Kelly’s brother tackled the suspect after he tried to flee the scene of the crash.

Police later found marijuana and heroin in the vehicle. Miller had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

He is currently in a county jail.
