Ambulance, Motorcycle Collided On Route 65
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A motorcyclist suffered critically injuries and two EMTs were also hurt when an ambulance collided with a motorcycle Friday night on the North Side.
It happened before 9 p.m. along Route 65 at the McKees Rocks Bridge and Ohio River Boulevard.
Police had to block access to Route 65 just after the crash while accident investigators combed the scene.
According to emergency dispatchers, the motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
One of the EMTs that was injured is pregnant.
There's no word on their conditions.
