Steelers David DeCastro: 'We Don't Want To Go Back To Where We Were'

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan)- Steelers guard David DeCastro joined The Fan Morning Show on Tuesday to discuss the 19-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

David tells us the guys that this was one of the best games he has played in his short NFL career. He said there are some things to clean up, but certainly something to be happy about. He said the entire line played as good this week as they have all season.

He said the running game being back on track really makes it a better game. The Wildcat that they used this week really had the Ravens having to deal with many looks and it kept them on their toes and they need to continue that.

DeCastro says he could tell in camp that running back Le'Veon Bell had skills to be a great NFL back. He said that his addition to the running game has made all the difference.

"He has to just keep it going," DeCastro said. "We need him."

He said the Steelers need to find a way to get a win in Oakland this week despite it being a tough place for them in the past.

"We don't want to go back where we were," DeCastro said.

He was talking about that feeling of the Steelers' 0-4 start. He says that there is no room for error. They have to keep winning.

"Every week is vital," DeCastro said.

This week is a trip to Oakland for a Sunday 4 p.m. kickoff on CBS (KDKA-TV).
