ARNOLD (KDKA) — A fire prompted evacuations at a high rise in Westmoreland County this evening.

According to county emergency dispatchers, it happened on the sixth floor of Arnold Towers in the 1500-block of Horn Boulevard.

Emergency officials say residents on the sixth and seventh floor were evacuated from the building.

When crews arrived on scene, they found smoke billowing out of the high rise.

Everyone has made it out of the building, and one person was evaluated.

The building was being ventilated Friday evening.
