Police Investigate Stabbing In Carrick
CARRICK (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a woman was stabbed this afternoon in Carrick.
The incident happened in a parking lot in front of a row house along Berg Place near the intersection with Brownville Road.
Authorities say the 51-year-old victim was stabbed in the stomach with a kitchen knife.
She was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital where she's undergoing surgery.
She's listed in serious but stable condition.
Investigators say they believe another woman may have attacked her.
