Carrick Shooting Leaves 1 Dead
CARRICK (KDKA) - Police are looking for a group of people who drove off from a shooting scene in Carrick Monday morning.
According to police, an 18-year-old man was shot in the neck and stomach outside the Brownsville Inn on Brownsville Road around 12:30 a.m.
A witness told police he was inside his home when he heard a group of people yelling outside.
The man was rushed to UPMC Mercy Hospital after being found unresponsive at the scene. He has been identified as Michael Palombia, 18, of Mount Washington.
The witness reported hearing two shots fired and saw two white females getting into a white Nissan or Toyota sedan.
No arrests have been made at this time.
