Annual Trouble In Toyland Survey Results Released
The United States Public Interest Research Group recently released its 28th annual Trouble in Toyland survey.
This year, a Captain America shield has named the most dangerous toy of 2013.
Officials say it contains nearly 30 times more lead than allowed by law.
The Leap Frog Chat and Count Smartphone is also on the list.
