STEELERS HUDDLE “Heinz Red Zone Recipe”: Barbecued Shrimp KabobsREAD MORE: Seneca Valley School Board Votes To Remove Mascot, Native American Imagery
- 1 cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 1 pound raw shrimp 16-20 count, shelled and deveined
Combine all ingredients, except the shrimp. In two small dishes, divide sauce into equal parts.
Thread shrimp on thin skewers. Pour one half of the sauce over skewers and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning skewers once during refrigeration.
