Smash And Grab Thief Takes Jeans From Downtown Macy's
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating a smash and grab burglary at the downtown Macy's store on Christmas.
And Monday, police were still looking for the suspect.
Police say someone shattered the window at Macy's and broke into the store.
Police say the thief stole around 20 pairs of Levi's jeans, worth about $60 each.
The suspect is described as a man wearing a black puffy down jacket, black jeans and a black and gray baseball cap.
He fled the scene in a vehicle.
They say he used some kind of instrument to break the window.
