Asian Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 25 min.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ lb Green or Savoy Cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Carrots, matchstick cut
- ½ each Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ each Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Green Onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Shitake Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Edamame
- 2 tbsp Basil, fresh, minced
- 2 tbsp Mint, fresh, minced
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, minced
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
- ¼ cup Lime Juice, fresh
- ½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss.
3. For best results allow to sit refrigerated overnight.
Traditional Coleslaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Green Cabbage, finely shredded
- ½ lb Carrots, matchstick cut
Dressing:
- 1 ½ cups Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ cup White Vinegar
Directions:
4. Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a bowl.
5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and gently toss.
6. For best results allow to sit refrigerated for at least an hour.
Sweet & Sour Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Green Cabbage, finely shredded
Dressing:
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Celery Seed
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- ¾ cup White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
Directions:
7. Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a bowl.
8. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and gently toss.
9. For best results allow to sit for an hour.
Best as: Sandwich Topping (Pairs well with: French Fries, Italian Bread, etc…), Side Salad
Southwest Chipotle Red Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Red Cabbage, shredded
- ¼ each Red Onion, Thinly sliced lengthwise
- ¾ cup Frozen Corn, thawed
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, Fresh
Dressing:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Lime Juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Chipotle Peppers in Adobo, pureed
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the cabbage, corn, cilantro, and onions, then gently toss.
3. For best results allow to sit refrigerated for an hour.
Best for: Fish Taco Topping, Salad
Broccoli Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs Broccoli Slaw, (Found in produce section)
- 2 packs Ramen Noodles, crushed
- ¼ cup Cashews, crushed
- ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Scallions, thinly sliced
Dressing:
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup White Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the cabbage, ramen, sunflower seeds, scallions, and cashews, then gently toss.
3. For best results allow to sit refrigerated overnight.
Best for: Side Salad, Picnics
Country Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 25 min.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs Savoy Cabbage, rough chopped
- 1 ½ cups Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Carrots, matchstick cut
- ½ each Red Onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
- ½ each Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ each Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
Dressing:
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the cabbages, onion, carrots, and bell peppers, then gently toss.
3. For best results allow to sit refrigerated for at least a few hours.
Best for: Side Salad, Great with a sandwich
Thai Cucumber Slaw

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 25 min.
Ingredients:
- 3 each Cucumbers,
- 1 ½ cups Carrots, matchsticks
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped, fresh
Dressing:
- ¾ cup Rice Wine vinegar
- ½ each Jalepeno, fresh, pureed
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
- ¼ cup Lime Juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the cucumber, carrots, and cilantro, then gently toss.
3. For best results eat immediately or allow to sit refrigerated overnight.
Best for: Bahn Mi Sandwiches, Seafood
Sweet & Sour Pear & Orange Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
- ¼ lb Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, matchsticks
- 2 cups Mandarin Oranges
- 1 each Pear, matchstick cut
- 2 tbsp Mint, fresh, chopped
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the dressing over the cabbages, carrots, oranges, and pears, then gently toss.
